The short version

• When you message me to book, I use your details only to reply and arrange your appointment.
• The site sets no analytics cookies unless you accept them in the banner.
• You can ask me to see or delete any information I hold about you.

What I collect

When you contact me. If you message me on WhatsApp or Instagram, I'll have your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell me about the treatment you want. I use this only to answer you and book you in.

Site analytics. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data, like which pages get visited and what type of device is used, so I can see what's helpful and improve the site. If you decline, no analytics runs.

Cookies

When you first visit, you'll see a small banner. Nothing is tracked until you choose. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used. If you decline, those cookies aren't set. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. The Instagram feed on the site is provided by a third party (Elfsight) and may set its own cookies when it loads.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your information. A few trusted services help run the site and my bookings, and they handle data on my behalf: Meta (your WhatsApp and Instagram messages go through them), Google (Analytics, only if you consent), Elfsight (the Instagram feed) and Vercel (website hosting). Each has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can object to how I use it. Just message me and I'll sort it. I only keep your details as long as I need them to look after your bookings, then I delete them.
